About the Role
As a Network Engineer, you will manage and support global network infrastructure. This includes WAN, internet connectivity, firewalls, security systems, and cloud-based services.
Your main goal is to ensure smooth and reliable network performance across offices and partner systems. You will also play a role in digital transformation and cloud adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues using SOPs
- Handle incidents, problems, and change management
- Create and manage tickets for alerts and issues
- Work in a 24×7 support environment with shift handovers
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
- Ensure end-to-end resolution of network incidents
- Support WAN, LAN, firewall, and cloud-related tasks
- Assist in network implementation and reporting
Required Skills
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ARP
- Understanding of routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, ISIS
- Experience with MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, IPsec, TLS
- Knowledge of switching technologies (STP, VLAN, trunking)
