Job Description:
Axis Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team. The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations, with experience in managing a team of employees. They should be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
Ensure that all customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring that all customer needs are met.
Ensure that the branch is compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
