Job Description:
Axis Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branches across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the branch staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Ensure that the branch is operating efficiently and effectively
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase customer satisfaction
Monitor and analyze branch performance and make recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve overall company goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of banking regulations and policies
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
