Job Description:
Axis Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all customer needs are met, and that the branch is meeting its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
Ensure that all customer needs are met
Meet the branch’s sales targets
Train and develop branch staff
Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve branch performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or financial services
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of banking products and services
